Each product is made to order unless specifically stated ‘Ready to Ship’. As El Bras is currently a one woman show, production time can be anywhere between 2-4 weeks. I aim for 2 weeks but sometimes things can be slower. 

If you would like to fast track an order we offer a 7 day speed service for a fee of 20%. Please email el@elbras.co.uk with the heading ‘FAST TRACK’ with details of the set, the size and the date you need it and you will be sent an invoice. 

We offer a lifetime guarantee to mend your lingerie should anything happen to it. Sometimes after a while of wearing something as daily as underwear things can break. So we offer a mending service for free (all you have to pay for is postage) because we love to mend things AND we love to make loved things last!

We can only give refunds for unworn faulty items 14 days after you have received your package. Please email orders@elbras.co.uk with the heading REFUND for the returns address. We cannot cover the price of postage or liability if it gets lost. 

Please consider that in our mission to use upcycled and deadstock fabrics and trimmings wherever possible at times, straps and details can vary slightly from what is pictured on the website.

Lingerie is delicate so please hand wash your items in lukewarm soapy water and air dry. 

Do not tumble dry or put on a hot radiator. 

If you do use a washing machine, put it in a lingerie bag or pillow case and put on a delicate spin. I still recommend a hand wash however - it also serves as a nice relaxing Sunday ritual. 

All items are sent with a 1st class signed for Royal Mail Service that is automated through my website so double check you have written your address correctly.

We do not take responsibility or liability for any loss or damage once you have your tracking number.

If anything does go missing via Royal Mail you will have to file a complaint yourself.

Orders made from outside the UK may be liable to customs fees. El Bras does not accept responsibility for these costs.
